Do not give them your hard earned money, people like this need to learn they are only in business because of the referrals of past customers. I'm not sure how Nemasket Kayak Center is still open for business, these people are scam artists. For a second time my young daughter was deprived of her swan ride, the last time too. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I just called you less than an hour ago confirming if you're open and if your swan boats are available and you said they were. My family and I packed up and went to the Nemasket Center around 1pm, and once I got inside the building the gentlemen I assume is running the place told me that they were closing for the day. YES SIR UNTIL 4, it was 12pm when I called. I CALLED and got on the phone with the same young man and asked him if they're open and until when. The young man reassured my wife that they were open for business, when we went up there on Wednesday the Nemasket Center was closed! No answer on the phone when we called, even though on Google it said OPEN UNTIL 4! Whoever runs this establishment has no clue what he's doing, closing a business for the day when everything says it's open and not leaving any type of message for possible customers, HORRIBLE!įast Forward a month and my wife and I decided to give this business one more try. My wife called the number on the website on a Sunday and a young man answered, my wife explained my daughters excitement to go on her FIRST swan boat on the lake and if they're open on a Wednesday. My families experience with Nemasket Kayak Center has been nothing short of terrible, a month ago I was on vacation and decided to search for a swan boat tour with the wife and young daughter and Nemasket popped up, it was around 20 minutes away from where we live so it was really convenient.
